 TCS CodeVita is a Global Computer Programming Competition, a 24 Hours programming Contest. The students can show their talent in solving the real time life  challenges during their 3 Rounds of participation. The winner will be awarded World's Best Coder with Prize Money of $10000.

Wipro - WILP Hiring (off campus) for 2020 & 2021 Students

           Wipro has launched its hiring process for  Work Integrated Learning Program  (WILP) 2020 & 2021 batch students. This program offers BCA and BSc students to have a career at Wipro while pursuing their M.Tech program in premier Institutions across India.

Eligibility:

BCA, BSc in CSE, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics and Physics

10th, 12th Pass and 60% or 6 CGPA with No Backlogs

Year of passing : 2020 & 2021

Stipend : Rs.15K per month to 23K per month (1st year to 4th year respectively)

Selection process : 

             Online assessment (Aptitude, Verbal analytical, Quantitative and Written communication)

                  HR (Technical)

                  HR Interview

Service agreement : 60 months.

Other Criteria :

• Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as one subject in Graduation.
• Business Math & Applied Math will NOT be considered as Core Mathematics in Graduation.
• Maximum of 3 years of education gap, if any, is allowed between 10th and graduation.
• No Gaps are allowed in Graduation. Graduation should be completed within 3 years.
• Education should be  regular full time only in 10th, 12th & Graduation recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
• All Arrears and backlogs need to be cleared at the time of selection process
• Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country
• Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate
• Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last three months are not eligible.

The Project Management Institute (PMI) Make Reality Challenge 2021

 The Project Management Institute (PMI) has launched its first-ever global student hackathon called the Make Reality Challenge 2021. The students can participate the event by bringing their innovative ideas to life by designing innovative solutions to current societal challenges, focused on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. 

  The problem statement will be related to United Nations 2017 Sustainable Development Goals. The student teams will use low code / no code tools to develop the prototype for their identified problems.

The teams will find the solutions for the following Social Impact problems

* Covid 19

* Climate change

* Smart infrastructure

* Education

The various stages of  PMI challenges

Stage 1 : Ideation stage   - 1st October 2021 to 21st November 2021

Stage 2: Prototype Building - 9th December 2021 to 14th January 2022

Stage 3: Grant finale  - 24th March 2022

● This Hackathon Hiring Program will be completely online and will be a 54 hour program. 

● You will be given a coding task on your registered Email ID on the day of the Hackathon i.e. Friday, 12th November 2021 at 4:00 PM sharp. 

● There will be 2 tasks ( Mobile Application, Full Stack Web Application), you can choose any one of them. 

● After the completion of the tasks, the candidates will have to upload their codes on Version Control like GitHub, Bitbucket, Gitlab and deploy the code on any cloud platform like AWS/Azure/Google Cloud and share the task on the form provided.
